目的：探讨早期不同CT值与卒中后抑郁指数及其生活质量的关系。方法对比分析31例卒中后抑郁（PSD）CT值20 Hu以上、59例CT值25 Hu以上、46例CT值30 Hu以上者一般情况如年龄、性别、发病至入院时间、文化程度、卒中类型、病变部位及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分指数（抑郁指数）、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分（NDS）及日常生活质量评分（ADL）等。结果不同CT值间一般情况如年龄、性别、发病至入院时间、文化程度、卒中类型、病变部位等比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）。早期病变部位CT值越低，治疗及随访期间抑郁指数越高（P<0.05）；NDS、ADL治疗前比较差异不显著（P>0.05），72 d后NDS、ADL比较差异较显著（P<0.05）。结论脑卒中者早期病变部位CT值越低，抑郁程度越高，预后生活质量越差。
목적：탐토조기불동CT치여졸중후억욱지수급기생활질량적관계。방법대비분석31례졸중후억욱（PSD）CT치20 Hu이상、59례CT치25 Hu이상、46례CT치30 Hu이상자일반정황여년령、성별、발병지입원시간、문화정도、졸중류형、병변부위급억욱자평량표（SDS）평분지수（억욱지수）、치료전후신경공능결손평분（NDS）급일상생활질량평분（ADL）등。결과불동CT치간일반정황여년령、성별、발병지입원시간、문화정도、졸중류형、병변부위등비교무현저성차이（P>0.05）。조기병변부위CT치월저，치료급수방기간억욱지수월고（P<0.05）；NDS、ADL치료전비교차이불현저（P>0.05），72 d후NDS、ADL비교차이교현저（P<0.05）。결론뇌졸중자조기병변부위CT치월저，억욱정도월고，예후생활질량월차。
Objective Explore the relationship between different CT values early post-stroke depression and quality of life index. Method Comparison depression (PSD) CT value of 31 or more strokes after 20 Hu, 59 cases of CT values above 25 Hu, 46 cases of CT values for more than 30 Hu in general, such as age, sex, time from onset to hospitalization, education, type of stroke, lesions and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score index (depression index), the neurological deifcit score (NDS) and the daily quality of life score (ADL) and the like. Result As there was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05) by age, sex, time from onset to hospitalization, education, type of stroke, lesions, etc. between different CT values in general. The lower the Early lesions CT value, depression index during the treatment and follow-up higher (P<0.05);NDS, ADL before treatment difference was not significant (P>0.05), NDS, ADL difference 72 d after the more signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stroke were lower early lesions CT value, the higher the degree of depression, the worse the prognosis quality of life.
