目的：分析二妙丸加味汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法把64例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对33例治疗组患者进行二妙丸加味汤治疗，对31例对照组患者进行常规的治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率是84.85%。对照组的总有效率是61.29%。比较两组治疗的总有效率，具有显著性差异（P<0.05），在随访的过程中治疗组有1例患者复发，复发率是2.94%，对照组有4例患者复发，复发率是12.90%，比较两组的复发率，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论二妙丸加味汤治疗过敏性紫癜具有较好的疗效，值得在临床上进行推广。

목적：분석이묘환가미탕치료과민성자전적림상효과。방법파64례과민성자전환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대33례치료조환자진행이묘환가미탕치료，대31례대조조환자진행상규적치료。결과치료조적총유효솔시84.85%。대조조적총유효솔시61.29%。비교량조치료적총유효솔，구유현저성차이（P<0.05），재수방적과정중치료조유1례환자복발，복발솔시2.94%，대조조유4례환자복발，복발솔시12.90%，비교량조적복발솔，구유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론이묘환가미탕치료과민성자전구유교호적료효，치득재림상상진행추엄。
Objective To analysis the clinical effects of Ermiao pill Jiawei decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods 64 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;33 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated with Ermiao pill Jiawei decoction, and 31 cases of control group were treated with routine treatment. Results In the treatment group the total efifciency is 84.85%and in the control group 61.29%. The total effective rate between the two groups of treatment had a signiifcant difference (P<0.05);While, in the follow-up process, in treatment group 1 patients relapsed, and the relapse rate is 2.94%, the control group had 4 patients relapsed, and the relapse rate is 12.90%. Compare the relapse rate of two groups;signiifcant difference (P<0.05) was got. Conclusion Ermiao pill Jiawei decoction on the treatment of allergic purpura is worthy of clinical popularization.
