Asarone Injection%GC%Determination
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定细辛脑注射液的含量。方法色谱柱为 TR -1二甲基聚硅氧烷柱(30 m ×0.25 mm,0.5μm),检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),柱温160℃。结果细辛脑注射液的浓度在0.1004~5.020 mg·mL -1(r =0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.1%(n =9)。结论建立的方法快速、简单,重复性好,可用于细辛脑注射液的质量控制。

목적:건립모세관기상색보법측정세신뇌주사액적함량。방법색보주위 TR -1이갑기취규양완주(30 m ×0.25 mm,0.5μm),검측기위경화염리자화검측기(FID),주온160℃。결과세신뇌주사액적농도재0.1004~5.020 mg·mL -1(r =0.9996)범위내선성관계량호,평균회수솔위99.1%(n =9)。결론건립적방법쾌속、간단,중복성호,가용우세신뇌주사액적질량공제。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of Asarone Injection. Methods The sample was analyzed on a TR - 1 capillary column(30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 5 μm)with the column temperature at 160 ℃ . The detector was flame ionization detector(FID). Results There were good linearity between peak areas and con-centration of asarone within the range of 0. 100 4 ~ 5. 020 mg·mL - 1(r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 99. 1%(n =9)for asarone. Conclusion The method could be used for the determination of Asarone Injection. The gas chromatographic measurement was rapid,simple and reproducible and can be used as quality control for Asarone Injection.
