国内某钢铁厂沥青焦回转窑由于无法直接测量炉内燃烧物料以及炉衬温度导致无法对炉内燃烧和炉衬材料选择做出科学的判断,采用数值模拟和现场测试的手段对回转窑的温度场进行了准确的判断,计算值与测试值最大误差在5%以内,计算结果表明在15~35 m煅烧带位置处炉内温度达到1800 K,此处容易发生损坏。
國內某鋼鐵廠瀝青焦迴轉窯由于無法直接測量爐內燃燒物料以及爐襯溫度導緻無法對爐內燃燒和爐襯材料選擇做齣科學的判斷,採用數值模擬和現場測試的手段對迴轉窯的溫度場進行瞭準確的判斷,計算值與測試值最大誤差在5%以內,計算結果錶明在15~35 m煅燒帶位置處爐內溫度達到1800 K,此處容易髮生損壞。

The fuel gas temperature, material temperature and lining temperature can not be measured in a asphalt coke rotary kiln,so it is very difficult to choose the reasonable lining material and judge the burning situation in the rotary kiln. In the paper a model was developed to simulate the temperature, and the temperature test also has been done. The error between simulation value and measured value was in 5%. The result indicates that the furnace temperature was 1800 K at 15~35 m where it is easy to damage.
