目的：探索0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液中抑菌剂的合理添加剂量。方法根据药物成分的特性，选择适宜的抑菌剂，并对不同配比浓度抑菌剂的抑菌效果进行初步考察，筛选出适宜的供试品抑菌剂加入量。将《中国药典》规定的微生物加入供试品中进行挑战试验，测试微生物在不同时间段的存活情况。结果0.005%的苯扎氯铵对5种挑战微生物的生长有良好的抑制作用，且为最低有效剂量。结论0.005%的苯扎氯铵可作为0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液的抑菌剂。
목적：탐색0.1%파리산납적안액중억균제적합리첨가제량。방법근거약물성분적특성，선택괄의적억균제，병대불동배비농도억균제적억균효과진행초보고찰，사선출괄의적공시품억균제가입량。장《중국약전》규정적미생물가입공시품중진행도전시험，측시미생물재불동시간단적존활정황。결과0.005%적분찰록안대5충도전미생물적생장유량호적억제작용，차위최저유효제량。결론0.005%적분찰록안가작위0.1%파리산납적안액적억균제。
Objective To investigate the optimal concentration of antimicrobial preservative that was added to Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops(0. 1% ). Methods According to the characteristic of ingredients,select several concentrations of antimicrobial preservative on the basis of the ingredients of the product. Test the antimicrobial effectiveness of antimicrobial preservatives at different ratio. Inoculate the concentration of test microorganisms to the products,then estimate the viable microorganisms in different times. Results The growth of test microorganisms were inhibited effectively by Sodium Hyalur-onate Eye Drops possess of 0. 005% benzalkonium chloride which was also the minimum effective dosage. Conclusion 0. 005% benzalkonium chloride can be used as antimicrobial preservative for Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops(0. 1% ).
