目的:分析短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖指标的影响。方法选择盐亭县人民医院2013年6月至2014年6月接收的、初次诊断为2型糖尿病患者60例,随机均分为观察组和对照组(n=30)。观察组给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,对照组给予常规皮下注射治疗,比较治疗前后2组患者4项血糖指标的变化。结果2组患者治疗前空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)差异无统计学意义;治疗2周后,对照组患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG依次为(5.6±0.3)mmol/L、(9.8±1.2)mmol/L、(8.5±0.6)%、(1.1±0.2)mmol/L;观察组患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG依次为(10.6±0.9)mmol/L、(16.9±2.3)mmol/L、(10.7±0.3)%、(2.1±0.3)mmol/L,明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与对照组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期胰岛素泵强化治疗可以明显降低初诊2型糖尿病患者的FBG、2hPG、TG、HbA1c,疗效良好。

목적:분석단기이도소빙강화치료대초진2형당뇨병환자혈당지표적영향。방법선택염정현인민의원2013년6월지2014년6월접수적、초차진단위2형당뇨병환자60례,수궤균분위관찰조화대조조(n=30)。관찰조급여이도소빙강화치료,대조조급여상규피하주사치료,비교치료전후2조환자4항혈당지표적변화。결과2조환자치료전공복혈당(FBG)、찬후2 h혈당치(2hPG)、당화혈홍단백수평(HbA1c)、삼선감유(TG)차이무통계학의의;치료2주후,대조조환자FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG의차위(5.6±0.3)mmol/L、(9.8±1.2)mmol/L、(8.5±0.6)%、(1.1±0.2)mmol/L;관찰조환자FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG의차위(10.6±0.9)mmol/L、(16.9±2.3)mmol/L、(10.7±0.3)%、(2.1±0.3)mmol/L,명현저우치료전,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);차여대조조치료후비교차이역유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론단기이도소빙강화치료가이명현강저초진2형당뇨병환자적FBG、2hPG、TG、HbA1c,료효량호。
Objective Analysis of the short-term effects of insulin pump therapy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes glycemic index. Methods Select Yanting county people's hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 received the initial diagnosis of 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=30). Observation group received insulin pump therapy;the control group received conventional subcutaneous therapy, changes in two groups of patients before and after treatment 4 glycemic index. Results Two groups of patients before treatment, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin level (HbA1c), triglyceride (TG) showed no signiifcant difference;treatment two weeks later, the patient FBG control group, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG were (5.6±0.3) mmol/L, (9.8±1.2) mmol/L, (8.5±0.6)%, (1.1±0.2) mmol/L;FBG patients in the observation group, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG were (10.6±0.9) mmol/L, (16.9±2.3) mmol/L, (10.7±0.3)%, (2.1±0.3) mmol/L, signiifcantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);and the difference between the treatment and control groups also statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Short-term insulin pump therapy can signiifcantly reduce the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients FBG, 2hPG, TG, HbA1c, good effect.
