目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定缬沙坦胶囊的溶出度。方法采用 Thermo Hypersil Gold C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(500:500:1)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm;以磷酸盐缓冲液为溶出介质,采用高效液相色谱法测定缬沙坦胶囊的溶出度。结果缬沙坦浓度在3.27~81.67μg·mL -1范围内线性良好(r =0.9989,n =5),回收率99.8%,RSD =0.14%。结论所用方法专属性强、结果准确、稳定性好,适于缬沙坦胶囊的测定。
目的:建立高效液相色譜法測定纈沙坦膠囊的溶齣度。方法採用 Thermo Hypersil Gold C18色譜柱,以乙腈-水-冰醋痠(500:500:1)為流動相,檢測波長為250 nm;以燐痠鹽緩遲液為溶齣介質,採用高效液相色譜法測定纈沙坦膠囊的溶齣度。結果纈沙坦濃度在3.27~81.67μg·mL -1範圍內線性良好(r =0.9989,n =5),迴收率99.8%,RSD =0.14%。結論所用方法專屬性彊、結果準確、穩定性好,適于纈沙坦膠囊的測定。
목적:건립고효액상색보법측정힐사탄효낭적용출도。방법채용 Thermo Hypersil Gold C18색보주,이을정-수-빙작산(500:500:1)위류동상,검측파장위250 nm;이린산염완충액위용출개질,채용고효액상색보법측정힐사탄효낭적용출도。결과힐사탄농도재3.27~81.67μg·mL -1범위내선성량호(r =0.9989,n =5),회수솔99.8%,RSD =0.14%。결론소용방법전속성강、결과준학、은정성호,괄우힐사탄효낭적측정。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dissolution of Valsartan Capsules by HPLC. Methods A Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 Column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water - acetic acid (500:500:1). The determination wavelength was 250 nm. The dissolution of Valsartan Capsules was determined by HPLC with phosphate buffer solution as dissolution medium. Results The linear range of valsartan was 3. 27 ~ 81. 67 μg·mL - 1 (r = 0. 998 9,n = 5). The average recovery was 99. 8% and the RSD was 0. 14%. Conclusion The method was specific, accurate and stable,and can be used for the dissolution determination of Valsartan Capsules.
