对钽铌湿法冶炼含氟氨氮硫酸根废水进行了离子交换试验研究。研究结果表明,通过吸附-淋洗-解吸,能实现NH4+、F-、SO2-4三者有效分离:通过吸附过程,能将NH4+与F-、SO2-4分离;通过淋洗过程,用一定浓度的H2 SO4淋洗交换柱,能实现F-与SO2-4分离。工业应用表明:离子交换过程中产生的含低浓度NH3·H2 O溶液、含低浓度HF溶液及含Na2 SO4溶液分别用于蒸馏提浓、洗渣、多效蒸发生产Na2 SO4。

Waste water containing fluorine,ammonia nitrogen and sulfuric acid root of the tantalum niobium hydrometallurgical was carried out in experimental study of ion exchange in this paper. The research results show that through the adsorption-elution-desorption,NH4+,F- and SO2-4 will be sep-arated effectively:NH4+ can be separated from SO2-4 and F- by the process of adsorption;it will be realized the separation of F- and SO2-4 with a certain concentration of H2 SO4 eluting ion exchange column in the elution process. The industrial application shows that in the process of ion exchange which can produce containing low concentration of NH3 ·H2 O solution,low hydrofluoric acid solu-tion and Na2 SO4 solution are used for distillation concentration,wash the tantalum niobium residue, multi effect evaporation production Na2 SO4 ,respectively.
