特高压直流换流站阀厅设计中，换流阀与换流变及穿墙套管之间连接时需使用特殊的管母连接金具。结合溪洛渡-金华换流站工程中阀厅金具的设计经验，对阀厅金具的设计提出了相应的技术要求，分析了金具的载流量及温升、防电晕特性及无线电干扰水平、机械强度、外形以及连接形式等要求，通过典型实例介绍了换流变套管接口处的金具、直流穿墙套管接口处的金具以及管母线连接金具。
특고압직류환류참벌청설계중，환류벌여환류변급천장투관지간련접시수사용특수적관모련접금구。결합계락도-금화환류참공정중벌청금구적설계경험，대벌청금구적설계제출료상응적기술요구，분석료금구적재류량급온승、방전훈특성급무선전간우수평、궤계강도、외형이급련접형식등요구，통과전형실례개소료환류변투관접구처적금구、직류천장투관접구처적금구이급관모선련접금구。
In the design of UHVDC convertor station valve hall, the connections among the convertor valve,convertor transformers and DC Wall Bushing have to use special connection fittings.In this paper, combined with design experience of convertor station valve hall in Xiluodu-jinhua,and proposed technical requirements to design of valve hall fittings, and analysed the requirements of fittings' current carrying capacity and temperature-rise, anti-corona characteristics and radio interference level, mechanical strength, shapes and the connection types. At last, this paper introduced the fittings of convertor transformer bushing,DC Wall Bushing fittings and pipe fittings through representative instance.
