First this paper given a brief introduction to mechanical endurance test of low-voltage circuit-breaker,then given principle of test which base on Siemens LOGO!, programmed control procedures with software LOGO! Soft Comfort. Combined with years of trial experience in mechanical endurance test, to gather statistics of failure phenomena, analyze the causes and given solutions. Hope it will give some help to the people who work in low-voltage appraratus.
