车架是摩托车主要的承载、连接和传力部件,为降低车身振动,改善驾乘者舒适性体验,应分析车架动态特性即模态特性,在此基础上进行结构改进。针对某摩托车行驶过程中振动过大的问题,建立该摩托车及其对标摩托车车架计算分析模型,利用实验法和解析法分析两款车架动态特性,进行结构对比最终提出改进方案,为厂家进行进一步的改良试制提供参考。

The frame is a motorcycle’ s carrying, connections and force transmission component. To reduce the body vibration and improve the comfort of the driver and passenger, the dynamic characteristics or the modal characteristics of the frame should be analyzed, then the structural can be improved. To solve the problem of excessive vibration, the calculation analysis models of the two frame are established. The dynamic characteristics of the two frames are analyzed by experimental method and analytical method, The improvement method is proposed by structural comparison. It can provide a reference to manufacturers for further improvement.
