热休克蛋白是生物细胞受到应激原刺激后产生的一类细胞伴侣蛋白，其包括了大分子量 H SP家族、HSP90家族、HSP70家族、HSP60家族、小分子量 HSP 家族和泛素等。其在淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的活化、抗原经典呈递和交叉呈递途径以及作为佐剂增强抗原的免疫原性，调节机体的免疫应答水平方面发挥了重要作用。在疫苗研究中，热休克蛋白作为免疫佐剂已被证实具有重要的调节作用。论文就热休克蛋白的分类、热休克蛋白作为分子伴侣及其在抗原递呈和诱导免疫应答方面的作用研究进展进行综述，为热休克蛋白的进一步研究提供参考。

Heat shock protein is a class of cellular chaperones produced by living cells after stimulation by the stressor,which include high molecular weight HSPs,HSP90 families,HSP70 families,HSP60 fami-lies,small molecular weight HSPs and ubiquitin,etc.It play an important role in the activation of lym-phocytes and macrophages,antigen presentingvia classic and cross-presentation pathways and as an adju-vant to enhance the immunogenicity of antigens,regulate the body's immune response levels.The function of HSPs as immune adjuvant has been confirmed by many researchs.This article summarized the progress on classification,as a molecular chaperone,the active mechanism of antigen presentation and inducing im-mune responses of heat shock proteins in order to provide a theoretical basis for further study of heat shock proteins.
