为改善城市空气质量,广州正准备改装成或引进压缩天然气燃料(Compressed Natural Gas,简称CNG)公共汽车。利用GT-Power软件建立了基于某柴油机的CNG单燃料发动机模型,并对其改装后的性能进行了模拟,通过原柴油机外特性对比,显示有效功率、有效力矩和比油耗都有显著下降,通过研究指出改装后天然气发动机动力性下降原因,并得出恢复天然气发动机动力性的方法,为进一步研究指明了方向,也为广州实施CNG燃料发动机提供了理论支撑。

In order to improve urban air quality,Guangzhou is preparing to converted into compressed natural gas fuel buses. This paper established CNG single fuel a diesel engine model with GT-Power. Simulate its performance. The simulation uses a four-stroke single-cylinder diesel engine 407cc. compared to the original diesel engine by external characteristics,The results showed that the brake power,brake torque,brake specific fuel consumption,volumetric efficiency has decreased significantly,through the study pointed out that the conversion of natural gas engine power reasons for the decline. And to restore natural gas engine power draw method pointed out the direction for further research,and also provides a theoretical support for the implementation of CNG fuel engine .
