谷氨酸发酵过程是一个复杂的、不确定的、非线性的动态过程,其影响因素很多,机理十分复杂。以高端C8051F120(SOC)单片机为核心部件,采用计算机控制实现生物量在线检测可减轻操作人员的劳动强度,提高发酵系数和经济效益。选择1‰葡萄糖-谷氨酸溶液作为标准液,采用嵌入式、可编程逻辑的微控制器,基于集散控制、工业控制的计算机发酵测控系统对10 L 发酵罐谷氨酸棒状杆菌S9114在32℃条件下32 h的发酵实验进行检测。结果与离线测定比较呈现很好的一致性。该系统及时、准确地反映了发酵过程葡萄糖、谷氨酸等生物量浓度随时间的变化。

Glutamic acid fermentation process is a complex,uncertain and nonlinear dynamic process, many factors that affect it and its mechanism is very complex.Take high-end C8051F120 (SOC) single-chip microcomputer as the core component,using computer control to realize biomass on-line detection can reduce the labor intensity of operators,improve the coefficient of fermentation and economic benefits.The fermentation control system options 1‰ glucose-glutamic acid solution as the standard and uses embedding,micro programmable logic controller,and bases on distributed control, industrial control computer measurement to test the glutamate corynebacterium S9114 fermentation experiment at 32 ℃ in 10 L fermentation tank for 32 hours.The results compared with off-line measurement show good consistency. The system timely and accurately reflects the biomass concentration of glutamic acid fermentation process,such as the change of glucose and glutamic acid with time.
