瓷都景德镇的陶瓷企业，在知识产权保护与维权方面存在许多问题。笔者以专利数据分析的形式提出问题，并给出通过政府、中介和企业共同建立健全区域性的知识产权维权援助模式来进行知识产权保护，从而从多方面入手，建立起一个让企业有信心，政府有耐心，服务机构有诚信的合作维权模式，为景德镇的陶瓷行业再创辉煌而努力。
자도경덕진적도자기업，재지식산권보호여유권방면존재허다문제。필자이전리수거분석적형식제출문제，병급출통과정부、중개화기업공동건립건전구역성적지식산권유권원조모식래진행지식산권보호，종이종다방면입수，건립기일개양기업유신심，정부유내심，복무궤구유성신적합작유권모식，위경덕진적도자행업재창휘황이노력。
Jingdezhen's ceramic enterprises,it has many problems in intellectual property protection.This paper shows that though in the form of patent data analysis.Then putting forward that ultimately establishes perfect regional intellectual property rights to assist a pattern to conduct intellectual property protection through the government,intermediary agent and enterprises together,so as to set up a cooperative pattern for rights to make enterprises have confidences,the govern-ment has patience and service organizations have integrity,beginning with multiple aspects,and make efforts to create bril-liance for ceramic enterprise of Jingdezhen.
