在新常态下，当代高职院校大学生的价值观念与生活方式产生了较大的变化，传统的德育工作受到强烈的冲击与挑战。如何有效地对高职学生施加思想道德影响和引导，创新德育工作的宣传方式，是现今高职院校德育工作的重要内容。以高职教育的发展现状为背景，结合所在高职院校的德育工作理念和特色，从推动高职院校思想道德建设的高度出发，分析了加强高职学生思想道德建设宣传的科学性、艺术性和创新成效。

Under the new normal, the values and living styles of contemporary students in higher vocational college have changed a lot. Traditional moral education are encountering fierce impact and challenges. How to make effective moral effect on students in higher vocational colleges, and make innovations in the propaganda way of moral education is an important content of current moral education work in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the develop-ment status of the education in higher vocational colleges, combining with the concept and the characteristics of moral ed-ucation in higher vocational colleges, from the perspective of promoting the construction of moral education in higher vo-cational colleges, this paper analyzed the scientificity ,artistry to strengthen the construction of moral education in in high-er vocational colleges as well as the innovation effect achieved.
