实施“2.5＋1.5”师范生培养模式的师范院校，本科阶段后1.5年将师范生划转到教师教育学院培养具有一定的独特优势。但是在这种模式实施过程中，需要分析划转师范生新的需求，在实现学院快速发展，营造浓郁文化氛围，培养教职工归属感和尊重、关爱、帮助学生四个方面探索实践，帮助他们重建归属感，才能将这种模式可能的优势转化为现实优势。

실시“2.5＋1.5”사범생배양모식적사범원교，본과계단후1.5년장사범생화전도교사교육학원배양구유일정적독특우세。단시재저충모식실시과정중，수요분석화전사범생신적수구，재실현학원쾌속발전，영조농욱문화분위，배양교직공귀속감화존중、관애、방조학생사개방면탐색실천，방조타문중건귀속감，재능장저충모식가능적우세전화위현실우세。
ln the“2. 5+1. 5”training mode ,normal university students in the last 1. 5 years are transferred to the college of teacher education ,which provides some advantages .ln the implementing process ,special efforts need to be made in college’s fast development ,the creation of healthy learning atmosphere ,the cultivation of staff’s sense of belonging ,and the respect and love for students ,thus helping them rebuild the sense of belonging and turning the potential advantage of this mode into real competitive edge .
