以河南某煤业集团为研究对象，采用文献检索法、问卷调查法、访谈法和STOP行为观测法等方法对其人因风险现状进行深入剖析，并通过德尔菲法与主成分分析相结合的研究方法筛选出关键人因风险因子。得出的结果为该煤业集团在安全管理流程、个人因素控制、班组因素控制和团队因素控制方面存在不同程度的问题；该煤业集团的人因风险因素归纳为5大方面，下设30个具体指标；筛选出影响该煤业集团的10个关键人因风险因子，并通过69起事故、151起未遂事故和210种不安全行为的致因分析验证其典型性；利用关键人因风险因子对该煤业集团试点矿人因风险现状进行评估。

Taking one Coal Industry Group Co .,Ltd .in Henan province as the case ,the current human risk situations are deeply analyzed by the combination of documents retrieval ,questionnaire survey ,interview method and STOP behavior ob-servation method ,and key human risk factors are screened by Delphi method and Principal Component Analysis .The main results are as follows:(1) different extents of problems are founded in safety management process ,individual factors con-trol ,team factors control and entrepreneurial team factors control in the Coal Industry Group Co .,Ltd .;(2 ) human risk factors in the Coal Industry Group Co .,Ltd .are concluded into five aspects ,including 30 concrete indicators;(3 ) ten key human risk factors influencing the occurrence of accidents in coal enterprises are screened ,and then their representativeness is confirmed by the causes analysis for 69 accidents ,151 near miss and 210 unsafe behaviors;(4) current status of the hu-man risk in the Coal Industry Group Co .,Ltd .is evaluated by the key human risk factors .
