以应急准时开始可能度最大、资源布局调度费用最小为目标,在出救时间、应急资源点建设成本、资源运输成本都为区间数的条件下,构建资源布局与配置一体化的模糊规划模型。通过基于满意度水平区间数排序的转换方法将模糊规划转化成确定型规划,求模型的满意解,通过算例分析说明模型的合理性。

Under the conditions that rescue time ,emergency resources point construction costs and transportation costs are interval numbers ,an integrated resource allocation and configuration fuzzy programming is established in order to obtain both the earliest emergency-start-time and minimum allocation and dispatching cost .The fuzzy programming is transformed in-to a deterministic planning by the method of interval sorted based on the satisfaction levels to obtain the satisfactory solution . A numerical example illustrates the model is feasible .
