目的:观察溶血标本对出入境体检4项实验室血清学检测结果的影响。方法对黄石出入境体检人员随机抽取500例作为实验者。人为制造溶血标本500份作实验组,并采集同一体检者未溶血标本作为对照组,观察分析溶血标本对检测HBsAg、HCV抗体、HIV抗体、梅毒抗体检测结果的影响。结果标本溶血对 HCV抗体与HBsAg检测结果有一定的影响。溶血组阳性率显著高于未溶血组,χ2值分别为7.71,6.86,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而溶血标本对TPPA、HIV抗体检测无影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溶血标本对 TP‐PA、HIV抗体检测无影响,而对HBsAg、HCV抗体检测结果有一定的影响,因此在实验前应该避免标本溶血。

Objective To observe the effect of four laboratory serological test of hemolysis samples for exit‐entry physical examination .Methods 500 sample as experimenter were randomly selected from physical examina‐tion .500 hemolysis samples were experimental group and non‐ hemolysis samples as control group .And to analyze the effect of hemolysis for detecting HBsAg ,HCV antibody ,HIV antibody and Syphilis .Results There were some difference of hemolysis samples for detecting HBsAg and HCV antibody ,The positive rate in experimental group was obviously higher than in control group ,χ2 =7 .71 ,6 .86(P<0 .01) .There were significantly difference .But there were not effect of HIV antibody and Syphilis between two group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion There are not effect of detecting HIV antibody and Syphilis ,but there are some difference for serum HBsAg and HCV antibody .So the serum sample must be should to avoid hemolysis before experiment .
