目的:为评价环境内分泌干扰物的拟雌激素活性及其对雌性小鼠乳腺功能的影响,探讨其对人类生殖健康的潜在危害。方法采用雌性性成熟昆明种小鼠,按体重随机分为高剂量、中剂量及低剂量3个实验组和1个溶剂对照组,每组8只。采用腹腔注射染毒,氧化乐果染毒剂量分别为400、40、4 mg/kg体质量,每天腹腔注射1次,左右下腹交替进针,注射体积为0.1 mL/(20 g·d),溶剂对照组给予等量,连续染毒14 d。分析天平称重,比较染毒前后小鼠的体重变化,并取左侧乳腺固定,切片,染色,在光学显微镜下观察乳腺组织病理学变化。结果通过对定时有计划的给药的小白鼠的实验,得出内分泌干扰物对小白鼠乳腺组织影响的数据,分析这些数据来说明环境内分泌干扰物对人和动物的危害程度。结论氧化乐果具有拟雌激素活性,影响小鼠乳腺组织的结构和功能,对乳腺组织有毒性作用。

Objective To evaluate the toxicity of EDCs on the reproduction‐endocrine system and the potential hazards to the human health ,omethoate was taken as the tested chemicals of this study ,the estrogenic activities of omethoate and it′s effects on the mammary tissue of adult female mice were examined .Methods The healthy Kun‐ming adult female mice with body weight from 22g to 30g ,female mice per group .There are three exposure groups and one reagent control group for each tested compound .In the omethoate exposure groups ,the mice were adminis‐trated by peritoneal injection with omethoate at the doses of 0 .86、0 .43、and 0 .28 mg/mL body weight ,respectively . The mice in control groups were administrated with the same amount of physiological saline .All the mice were ad‐ministrated once a day ,continuously for 14 days .The weight of the mammary gland were determinded ,and the his‐topatholgic histopathological changes of the left mammary gland were observed .Results Through the timing of the drug in mice ,the experiment of endocrine disruptors musmus‐culus mammary gland organization of the expression of the mRNA data ,analyzing these data to environmental endocrinal disrupter of people and animals harm degree .Con‐clusion omethoate might demonstrate an estrogenic activity ,and they had adverse effects on the mammary gland of adult female mice .
