培养选拔中小学优秀教师，对学生、学校和教师队伍建设等都有重要影响。为了培养优秀教师，中国、美国、英国、澳大利亚等世界各国从制度和法规方面对优秀教师的评价标准、评价流程等做出了详细规定，但因国家政体、教育政策等不同，这些标准和规定也不尽相同。本文在比较分析各国优秀教师评选标准、方法与流程后，提出中国应进一步完善教师评优标准以及国家级教师荣誉制度，建立科学、合理、公平的教师评优体系，促进教师队伍优质发展。

Training and selection of excellent primary and middle schools teachers have a positive impact on students , schools and development of teachers’ structure .ln order to train excellent teachers ,China ,the United States ,Britain , Australia and other countries in the world make detailed evaluation criteria ,evaluation processes and other requirements for excellent teachers both institutionally and legally .Because of different forms of government and education policies , these standards and requirements are not the same .Through analysis of the different national excellent teacher selection criteria ,methods and processes , we suggest that China should improve the standards of teachers , establish national honor system for teachers , and set up a scientific , reasonable and fair system to select excellent teachers that can promote the development of high-quality teachers .
