IgA肾病（IgAN）是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，是终末期肾功能衰竭（ESRD）的重要原因之一。中药复方积雪草合剂是著名中医肾病专家王永钧教授多年来治疗肾小球疾病的经验方。本文主要从IgAN的病机特点、复方积雪草的组方配伍特点、近年来对该方的现代实验研究进行论述，阐述复方积雪草合剂在治疗IgAN中的广阔应用前景。
