目的：优化胆胃通颗粒提取工艺。方法：采用正交设计实验，以柚皮苷提取量、得膏率为评价指标，优选胆胃通颗粒的提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺条件为：加水量为10倍量，提取时间60 min，提取次数为2次。结论：该工艺合理可行，适用于胆胃通颗粒有效成分的提取。
목적：우화담위통과립제취공예。방법：채용정교설계실험，이유피감제취량、득고솔위평개지표，우선담위통과립적제취공예。결과：최가제취공예조건위：가수량위10배량，제취시간60 min，제취차수위2차。결론：해공예합리가행，괄용우담위통과립유효성분적제취。
Objective:To optimize extraction process of DanWeiTong granules.Methods:With the naringin and extract yield were car-ried out to achieve the best extraction technology of DanWeiTong Granules.Results:The best extraction technology was extract for 2 times, and every time for 60 min with 10 fold water.Conclusion:The optimized process is practicable and stable, applicable to extract for the effective constituent of DanWeiTong granules.
