통료시농작물갈간자원교봉부，단종합이용불구。가쾌추진갈간궤계화환전、가대갈간가공전화력도、대력추진“삼화삼저”기술、이용갈간발전신능원산업등，위농작물갈간종합이용개벽료엄범도경。
The crop straw resources is relatively rich in Tongliao but the comprehensive utilization is not sufficient. This paper introduces wide paths for using crops straws, including accelaerating straw crushed for reclaiming,increasing crops straw processing, promoting three straw recycling and transformation efforts and develop new energy with straws.
