首先对我国石油天然气行业现有的税费制度进行了归纳总结，然后从宏观管理角度和企业角度分析了我国石油天然气行业中增值税、所得税、消费税、排污费、资源税以及石油特别收益金等税费制度存在的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了相应的政策建议。
首先對我國石油天然氣行業現有的稅費製度進行瞭歸納總結，然後從宏觀管理角度和企業角度分析瞭我國石油天然氣行業中增值稅、所得稅、消費稅、排汙費、資源稅以及石油特彆收益金等稅費製度存在的問題，最後針對這些問題提齣瞭相應的政策建議。
수선대아국석유천연기행업현유적세비제도진행료귀납총결，연후종굉관관리각도화기업각도분석료아국석유천연기행업중증치세、소득세、소비세、배오비、자원세이급석유특별수익금등세비제도존재적문제，최후침대저사문제제출료상응적정책건의。
Based on the induction and summary for the currently existing tax and fee system of oil and gas industry in China,the paper analyzes the problems of value added tax,income tax,consumption tax,discharge fees,resources tax,special oil gain levy and so on in oil and gas industry from the perspective of public( gov-ernment and scholars):and enterprises,and thus presents the corresponding policy suggestions to them.
