目的：比较两种心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）检测试剂盒的检测结果和相关性。方法选取100例血液样本，分别用南京基蛋生物科技有限公司cTnI检测试剂盒（胶体金法）和SIEMENS公司cTnI检测试剂盒进行cTnI定量检测，对检测结果进行比较和临床验证分析以及相关性分析。结果两种试剂盒的检测值呈正相关，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；通过对临床验证分析发现，以对照组试剂盒检测结果为对照，试验组检测试剂盒诊断符合率、阳性符合率、阴性符合率均达到100％，假阳性率和假阴性率为0％。结论两种检测试剂盒检测结果关联性好，具有很好的稳定性，在临床应用性能上等效。
목적：비교량충심기기개단백I（cTnI）검측시제합적검측결과화상관성。방법선취100례혈액양본，분별용남경기단생물과기유한공사cTnI검측시제합（효체금법）화SIEMENS공사cTnI검측시제합진행cTnI정량검측，대검측결과진행비교화림상험증분석이급상관성분석。결과량충시제합적검측치정정상관，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；통과대림상험증분석발현，이대조조시제합검측결과위대조，시험조검측시제합진단부합솔、양성부합솔、음성부합솔균체도100％，가양성솔화가음성솔위0％。결론량충검측시제합검측결과관련성호，구유흔호적은정성，재림상응용성능상등효。
Objective To compare the detection values and correlation between two kinds of cTnI test kits . Methods Selected 100 cases of blood samples ,and quantitatively tested the cTnI with the cTnI fast test kit (Colloi‐dal Gold Method) of Getein Biotechnology Co .,LTD or SIEMENS cTnI assay kit respectively .Compare test results and analyse the consequences of clinical validation and correlation .Results The detection values were positively cor‐related between two kinds of cTnI test kits and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0 .05) .Through the clinical validation analysis ,compared to the detection value of the control group test kit ,the diagnosis rate ,the positive coincidence rate and the negative coincidence rate of the experimental group test kit were 100% ,and both of false positive and false negative rates were 0% .Conclusion The detection values relevance was good between the two kinds of test kits ,both of them have great stability ,and the performance in clinical applications was equivalent .
