以2012年西安县域城乡发展一体化水平为研究对象，通过构建县域城乡发展一体化评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和均方差决策法进行分析。结果表明：西安各县城乡一体化发展整体较好，高陵县的城乡发展水平最高，周至和蓝田发展水平较低。在分维度中，西安各县的城乡社会一体化水平相当，但是城乡经济、空间一体化水平存在较大差异。

이2012년서안현역성향발전일체화수평위연구대상，통과구건현역성향발전일체화평개지표체계，운용층차분석법화균방차결책법진행분석。결과표명：서안각현성향일체화발전정체교호，고릉현적성향발전수평최고，주지화람전발전수평교저。재분유도중，서안각현적성향사회일체화수평상당，단시성향경제、공간일체화수평존재교대차이。
Through the construction of the evaluation index system about the integration of urban-rural development in counties of Xi'an,the analytic hierarchy process( AHP)and mean square error decision were applied to the analysis about the object of study-the integration level of urban-rural development in counties of Xi'an in 2012. The results show that urban-rural integration developments in counties of Xi'an are better in general,among which,Gaoling is the highest at the level of urban-rural development,while Zhouzhi and Lan-tian are lower. In respective dimensions,counties in Xi'an are similar in the integration of urban-rural society, but there are large differences at the levels of urban-rural economy and spatial integration.
