目的:探讨在外科护理学临床见习中应用中西医结合联合Seminar教学法的效果。方法将100例见习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组采用传统西医教学方法进行见习带教,实验组在传统教学方法的基础上,采用中西医结合联合Seminar教学法进行见习带教。结果实验组学生专业知识评分高于对照组( P<0.01),实验组评判性思维力及临床沟通力评分皆高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合联合Seminar教学法能有效促进护生中西医理论知识的掌握,提高其评判性思维能力,有利于培养与医患的沟通技巧。

목적:탐토재외과호이학림상견습중응용중서의결합연합Seminar교학법적효과。방법장100례견습호생수궤분위실험조화대조조각50례。대조조채용전통서의교학방법진행견습대교,실험조재전통교학방법적기출상,채용중서의결합연합Seminar교학법진행견습대교。결과실험조학생전업지식평분고우대조조( P<0.01),실험조평판성사유력급림상구통력평분개고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론중서의결합연합Seminar교학법능유효촉진호생중서의이론지식적장악,제고기평판성사유능력,유리우배양여의환적구통기교。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with Seminar in the teaching rounds in surgical for nursing trainees .Methods 100 nursing students were randomly divided into ex‐perimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50) .The control group received western medicine teaching method , while the experimental group received traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with Seminar teaching in the teaching rounds .Results The total score of theory examination were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0 .01) .The total score of critical thinking and communication ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Applying the traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with Seminar in the teaching rounds can improve nursing students of chinese and western medicine knowledge ,improve their of the criti‐cal thinking and communication .
