建立反相高效液相色谱法检测地表水中溴氰菊酯的检测方法,并用于实际水样的测定。采用正己烷作为萃取剂富集净化样品,以甲醇+水=95+5为流动相进行分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明该方法灵敏度高,方法检出限为0.093μg·L-1,加入不同浓度水平的溴氰菊酯做回收试验,测得回收率在88%~112%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10.6%(n=6)。该方法线性范围宽,适合地表水中溴氰菊酯的测定。

A determination method for deltamethrin in water was established by liquid-liquid extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography. CH3OH-H2O (95/5,v/v) was used as mobile phase. The lower limit of determination was 0.093μg/L. The recoveries of deltamethrin were typically in the range of 88%~112% with relative standard deviations generally less than 10.6%. The results showed that the method had high sensitivity and wide linear range and it was fit for the determination of deltamethrin in surface water.
