同源重组(HR)作为 DNA 双链断裂损伤的主要修复机制,其功能异常可影响肿瘤对放疗及基因毒药物的敏感性并可为肿瘤个体化治疗提供生物标志物。微小核糖核酸(microRNAs,miRNAs)通过与 mR-NA 的3'端非编码区结合来实现对靶基因的转录后调控。近年来研究发现 miRNAs 对同源重组修复通路也发挥着重要的调控作用,并影响肿瘤对放疗及基因毒药物的敏感性。本文对肿瘤中 miRNAs 调控 HR 修复通路的新进展进行综述。
同源重組(HR)作為 DNA 雙鏈斷裂損傷的主要脩複機製,其功能異常可影響腫瘤對放療及基因毒藥物的敏感性併可為腫瘤箇體化治療提供生物標誌物。微小覈糖覈痠(microRNAs,miRNAs)通過與 mR-NA 的3'耑非編碼區結閤來實現對靶基因的轉錄後調控。近年來研究髮現 miRNAs 對同源重組脩複通路也髮揮著重要的調控作用,併影響腫瘤對放療及基因毒藥物的敏感性。本文對腫瘤中 miRNAs 調控 HR 脩複通路的新進展進行綜述。

Homologous recombination (HR)served as the mainly repair pathway for DNA double strand breaks, which dysfunction could influence the sensitivity of radiotherapy and genotoxicity drugs.Presently,relevant clinical re-searches had confirmed the HR related gene or protein expression could be used as biomarkers for tumor individual-ized treatment.miRNAs (microRNAs)regulated the gene expression after transcription through combining the 3'un -translated region of mRNA.In recent years,the studies found that miRNAs played an important role in regulating HR repair pathway and also affected the tumor -sensitivity for radiotherapy and genotoxicity drugs.This review summari-zes the recent new progress of miRNAs in regulation for homologous recombination repair pathway on cancer.
