实验选取漆树籽油、玉米油、大豆油、小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡等天然植物油、蜡原料,通过高温聚合提高植物油聚合度,以红外检测手段,监控不同温度下的聚合实况,并以碘值判定聚合度大小。调节植物油的聚合度,配以不同种类的催干剂,通过表干时间和实干时间的测定,探讨影响木蜡油干燥时间的因素。通过实验发现,植物油聚合度越高越有利于干燥。不同的催干剂对表干和实干有着不同的作用。
實驗選取漆樹籽油、玉米油、大豆油、小燭樹蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟等天然植物油、蠟原料,通過高溫聚閤提高植物油聚閤度,以紅外檢測手段,鑑控不同溫度下的聚閤實況,併以碘值判定聚閤度大小。調節植物油的聚閤度,配以不同種類的催榦劑,通過錶榦時間和實榦時間的測定,探討影響木蠟油榦燥時間的因素。通過實驗髮現,植物油聚閤度越高越有利于榦燥。不同的催榦劑對錶榦和實榦有著不同的作用。
실험선취칠수자유、옥미유、대두유、소충수사、파서종려사등천연식물유、사원료,통과고온취합제고식물유취합도,이홍외검측수단,감공불동온도하적취합실황,병이전치판정취합도대소。조절식물유적취합도,배이불동충류적최간제,통과표간시간화실간시간적측정,탐토영향목사유간조시간적인소。통과실험발현,식물유취합도월고월유리우간조。불동적최간제대표간화실간유착불동적작용。
The wood wax oil was prepared from toxicodendron vernicifluum seeds oil, corn oil, soybean oil, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, and other natural vegetable oil. Degree of polymerization was monitored by infrared detection means. Polymerization degree of vegetable oil was improved by high temperature and the degree of polymerization was judged from iodine value. The influenced factors affected drying time of wood wax oil was explored through the determination of table dry time and hard dry time.Through the experiment, the high polymerization degree of vegetable oil was conducive to drying. Different driers had different effects on table dry time and hard drytime.
