目的：研究 PD －L1在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达，结合患者术前 CA125值，探讨二者对评价肿瘤生物学恶性程度的意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学法检测36例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌和20例正常卵巢组织蜡块中 PD －L1的表达情况，收集36例卵巢癌患者术前血清 CA125值，分析卵巢癌组织 PD －L1表达与卵巢癌临床病理特征的关系及术前血清 CA125的相关性。结果：卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中 PD －L1的阳性表达率为88．9％（32／36），显著高于其在正常卵巢组织中的表达40．0％（8／20），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。分化程度 G2－3级组中 PD －L1的阳性率显著高于 G1级组，PD －L1与 FIGO 分期无明显相关性，与患者术前 CA125值呈正相关（r ＝0．739，P ＜0．01）。结论：PD －L1的表达与术前血清 CA125的增高程度结合分析对判断卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的生物学恶性程度有重要意义。
목적：연구 PD －L1재란소장액성낭선암중적표체，결합환자술전 CA125치，탐토이자대평개종류생물학악성정도적의의。방법：응용면역조직화학법검측36례란소장액성낭선암화20례정상란소조직사괴중 PD －L1적표체정황，수집36례란소암환자술전혈청 CA125치，분석란소암조직 PD －L1표체여란소암림상병리특정적관계급술전혈청 CA125적상관성。결과：란소장액성낭선암조직중 PD －L1적양성표체솔위88．9％（32／36），현저고우기재정상란소조직중적표체40．0％（8／20），차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．01）。분화정도 G2－3급조중 PD －L1적양성솔현저고우 G1급조，PD －L1여 FIGO 분기무명현상관성，여환자술전 CA125치정정상관（r ＝0．739，P ＜0．01）。결론：PD －L1적표체여술전혈청 CA125적증고정도결합분석대판단란소장액성낭선암적생물학악성정도유중요의의。
Objective:To evaluate the malignancy behavior of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma with PD -L1 ex-pression and serum CA125.Methods:All 36 cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal ovary tissues were collected,and the level of pre -operational serum CA125 in ovarian carcinoma patients was collected. PD -L1 was detected with immunohistochemistry in all cases.Results:The positive expression rates of PD -L1 was 88.9%(32 /36)in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues,obviously higher than 40.0%(8 /20)in normal o-vary tissues with significant difference (P <0.01).The positive rate of PD -L1 was obviously higher in G2 -3 group than that in G1 group.The expression of PD -L1 was positively correlated with the pre -operational serum CA125 lev-el(r =0.739,P <0.01).Conclusion:The expression of PD -L1 and high level of pre -operational serum CA125 can evaluate ovarian carcinoma malignancy behavior.
