目的：研究 Eag1蛋白在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达，探讨其与卵巢癌发生、发展的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化的方法，检测2008年1月－2010年12月厦门大学附属东南医院妇产科收治的卵巢癌39例、交界性卵巢肿瘤10例、良性卵巢肿瘤10例标本中 Eag1蛋白的表达水平。结果：39例卵巢癌标本 Eag1均阳性表达，并恶性程度与表达状态呈正相关；10例交界性卵巢肿瘤标本 Eag1强表达2例，弱表达6例，阴性2例；10例良性卵巢肿瘤标本1例弱阳性表达，9例阴性。结论：Eag1蛋白与卵巢癌发生、发展及疾病的预后密切相关性。
목적：연구 Eag1단백재란소종류조직중적표체，탐토기여란소암발생、발전적상관성。방법：채용면역조화적방법，검측2008년1월－2010년12월하문대학부속동남의원부산과수치적란소암39례、교계성란소종류10례、량성란소종류10례표본중 Eag1단백적표체수평。결과：39례란소암표본 Eag1균양성표체，병악성정도여표체상태정정상관；10례교계성란소종류표본 Eag1강표체2례，약표체6례，음성2례；10례량성란소종류표본1례약양성표체，9례음성。결론：Eag1단백여란소암발생、발전급질병적예후밀절상관성。
Objective:To detect the protein expression of Eag1 in human ovarian tumor tissue,and study the corre-lation with human ovarian cancer occurrence,development.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to test the Eag1 protein expression level of 39 cases of ovarian cancer,10 cases of border ovarian tumor,10 cases of benign o-varian tumor.Results:All 39 cases of ovarian cancer specimens were positively expressed,and positively associated with malignant degree.2 cases strong expression,6 cases weak expression and 2 cases negative in 10 cases of border ovarian tumor,9 cases negative and 1 case weak expression in 10 cases of benign ovarian tumor.Conclusion:The ex-pression of Eag1 has significant correlation with human ovarian cancer occurrence,development and prognosis.
