针对60Si2MnA弹簧钢盘条在拉拔过程中出现的脆性断裂问题,利用扫描电镜、光学显微镜等手段对断裂试样的宏观缺陷、断口形貌、金相组织、脱碳、偏析及夹杂等进行了系统检测,分析了脆断产生的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,提高了弹簧钢质量。
針對60Si2MnA彈簧鋼盤條在拉拔過程中齣現的脆性斷裂問題,利用掃描電鏡、光學顯微鏡等手段對斷裂試樣的宏觀缺陷、斷口形貌、金相組織、脫碳、偏析及夾雜等進行瞭繫統檢測,分析瞭脆斷產生的原因,併提齣瞭相應的改進措施,提高瞭彈簧鋼質量。
침대60Si2MnA탄황강반조재랍발과정중출현적취성단렬문제,이용소묘전경、광학현미경등수단대단렬시양적굉관결함、단구형모、금상조직、탈탄、편석급협잡등진행료계통검측,분석료취단산생적원인,병제출료상응적개진조시,제고료탄황강질량。
Aiming at the brittle fracture occurred during the drawing of wire rod of 60Si2MnA steel, systematic inspection was made on the macroscopic defect, fracture morphology, microstructure, decarburization, segregation and inclusion of the failure sample by means of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope to analyze the cause of brittle fracture. The authors put forward relevant improvement measures, which improved the quality of spring steel.
