在已知样品成分均匀的前提下,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),使用标准曲线测定钢铁内控样品中锑含量,并对影响锑含量的不确定度的因素进行分析,确定了影响结果不确定度分量,计算出合成标准不确定度。评定结果表明,样品测量重复性引入的不确定度影响最大,增加测量次数可以有效降低测量重复性的不确定度分量。
在已知樣品成分均勻的前提下,採用電感耦閤等離子體原子髮射光譜法(ICP-AES),使用標準麯線測定鋼鐵內控樣品中銻含量,併對影響銻含量的不確定度的因素進行分析,確定瞭影響結果不確定度分量,計算齣閤成標準不確定度。評定結果錶明,樣品測量重複性引入的不確定度影響最大,增加測量次數可以有效降低測量重複性的不確定度分量。

Under the precondition that the given sample composition was uniform, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) was adopted to determine antimony content in internally controlled sample via standard curve and factors influencing the uncertainty of antimony content determination were analyzed. Components affecting the uncertainty of results were defined and composite standard uncertainty was calculated. Evaluation results showed the uncertainty of sample determination repetitive introduction influenced the most and the increase of determination number could effectively lower the uncertainty component of determination repeatability.
