目的：观察自拟肃肺清痰健脾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰热郁肺证）的临床效果。方法：选取我院内科住院AECOPD患者120例，按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，2组患者均给予抗生素治疗，观察组在使用抗生素的基础上加用肃肺清痰健脾汤加减治疗，每日1剂。2组患者以连续治疗7d为一疗程。结果：治疗1个疗程后，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）；2组治疗后各项症状、体征积分、FEV1％、FEV1／FVC指标均较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0．01），但观察组较对照组的改善更明显（P＜0．01）。结论：肃肺清痰健脾汤治疗AECOPD（痰热郁肺证）效果理想，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰자의숙폐청담건비탕치료만성조새성폐질병급성가중기（담열욱폐증）적림상효과。방법：선취아원내과주원AECOPD환자120례，안취진순서수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례，2조환자균급여항생소치료，관찰조재사용항생소적기출상가용숙폐청담건비탕가감치료，매일1제。2조환자이련속치료7d위일료정。결과：치료1개료정후，관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0．01）；2조치료후각항증상、체정적분、FEV1％、FEV1／FVC지표균교치료전유명현개선（P＜0．01），단관찰조교대조조적개선경명현（P＜0．01）。결론：숙폐청담건비탕치료AECOPD（담열욱폐증）효과이상，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Sufeiqing tanjianpi decoction in treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(AECOPD)(The Pattern of Phlegm-heat Stagnation in Lung).Methods:120 cases of AECOPD pa-tients admitted of Our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group(60 cases).Pa-tients in both groups were given antibiotics.Patients in observation group received extra treatment of modified Sufeiqingtanjianpi Decoc-tion, one dosage a day.7 days for a course of treatment.Results: After a course of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),with statistical significance.there were obvious improvement of terms of symptoms, sign score, FEV1%、FEV1/FVC of the patients after the treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group showed better improvement compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sufeiqingtanjianpi decoction treating AECOPD shows sat-isfactory therapeutic effect in improving clinical symptoms, which is worth generalizing.
