桥式起重机箱形梁结构设计的优劣直接决定着桥式起重机的性能。优化和改进箱形梁的结构设计,能够有效提高桥式起重机的性能。针对当前我国桥式起重机箱形梁主梁偏重等不利因素提出了新的优化设计思路,即波形腹板结构设计。此种设计思路可以有效节约材料,减轻主梁重量,优化桥式起重机箱形梁、主梁的设计结构。

The design on the structure of the box girder of bridge directly determines the performance of bridge crane. To optimize and improve the design on structureof box girder, can effectively improve the performance of bridge crane. In this paper,directing at the unfavorable factors in the beam of box girder of bridge crane in our country,such as its great weight,this paper put forward new optimization thought on design,namely the wave-shaped wed structure.This thought can save the material effectively,reduce the weight of the main girder, optimize the structure of the bridge crane box girder.
