针对品种钢在生产过程中出现的隐性折叠问题，分析出产生原因是2#～4#孔型系统设计无法满足品种钢生产要求。通过对2#～4#孔型系统的配置、参数进行了重新设计、计算、优化，修改了各种工艺参数、轧辊和导卫装置，成功改造了3架次的孔型系统。新的孔型系统解决了生产中隐性折叠的问题，有效提高了产品的表面质量，保证了品种钢生产的稳定顺行，取得了较好的经济效益。

The hidden fold occurring at the production process of grade steel was analyzed and its main cause determined as pass systems 2~4 not satisfying the production requirement of grade steel. The pass system for the three stands was successfully modified by redesigning and calculating their configuration and parameters and optimizing and revising their process parameters, roll and guide. The new pass system solved the problem of hidden fold in production and effectively improved the surface quality of the product. The stable running of grade steel production was ensured and good economic benefits gained.
