目的：探析郑小伟教授运用痒咳宁汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床经验。方法：通过分析郑小伟教授对喉源性咳嗽病因病机的认识，总结痒咳宁汤在临床实践过程中的辨证施治要点，阐述并探析郑小伟教授运用痒咳宁汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床经验，并举案佐证。结果：郑小伟教授认为，喉源性咳嗽多因五脏六腑功能失调，风邪内侵，津枯所致，以祛风止痒、利咽排痰、扶助正气为主要治则，临床选用痒咳宁汤随症加减治疗，疗效显著。结论：郑小伟教授运用痒咳宁汤治疗喉源性咳嗽颇具疗效，对喉源性咳嗽的治疗具有一定的启示作用。
목적：탐석정소위교수운용양해저탕치료후원성해수적림상경험。방법：통과분석정소위교수대후원성해수병인병궤적인식，총결양해저탕재림상실천과정중적변증시치요점，천술병탐석정소위교수운용양해저탕치료후원성해수적림상경험，병거안좌증。결과：정소위교수인위，후원성해수다인오장륙부공능실조，풍사내침，진고소치，이거풍지양、리인배담、부조정기위주요치칙，림상선용양해저탕수증가감치료，료효현저。결론：정소위교수운용양해저탕치료후원성해수파구료효，대후원성해수적치료구유일정적계시작용。
Objective:To summarize and discuss Professor ZHENG Xiaowei's clinical experience of using Yangkening decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough.Methods:Through analyzing the knowledge to the etiology and pathogenesis in Professor Zheng's treating laryngeal cough ,this paper summarizes Yangkening decoction in the clinical practice in the process of dialectical diagnosis and clinical experience of Professor ZHENG Xiaowei using Yangkening decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough, simultaneously according to the evidence.Results:Professor ZHENG Xiaowei thinks laryngeal cough due to internal organs function disorder, caused by pathogenic wind invasion and Chun dry.So we should sputum with Qufeng Zhiyang, Liyan Paitan and support healthy as the main governance. Yangkening decoction in the treatment of clinical has obvious curative effect.Conclusion:Professor ZHENG Xiaowei using Yangkening decoction has good effect for the treatment of laryngeal cough.Its role in the treatment of laryngeal cough is significant.
