In order to satisfy the production needs, the manufacturing execution system of High Speed Wire Rod Mill was adopted with raw material storage, production scheduling, production tracking, quality control, finished product storage and production report integrated on one platform. Through database and network connection, the system provided workshop management information service for production department, quality control and inspection department, process department and logistics department. The implementation of the system realized production and marketing integration and management and control linkage, improved product quality and operation efficiency, enhanced production and marketing combination and market reaction speed, reduced production cost and lifted the market competitiveness of the product.
