针对经典质量-弹簧系统吸振器动力参数固定不可变的局限性,设计一种由连续梁及质量块组成的新型悬臂梁式动力吸振器,建立吸振系统理论模型,确定质量块在悬臂梁不同位置时的吸振频率,并且基于ADAMS动力学仿真软件得到系统的频率响应特性,分析吸振器的吸振性能,最后实验验证悬臂梁式吸振器良好的吸振效果。结果表明,悬臂梁式吸振器动力吸振可行有效,吸振参数连续可调。
針對經典質量-彈簧繫統吸振器動力參數固定不可變的跼限性,設計一種由連續樑及質量塊組成的新型懸臂樑式動力吸振器,建立吸振繫統理論模型,確定質量塊在懸臂樑不同位置時的吸振頻率,併且基于ADAMS動力學倣真軟件得到繫統的頻率響應特性,分析吸振器的吸振性能,最後實驗驗證懸臂樑式吸振器良好的吸振效果。結果錶明,懸臂樑式吸振器動力吸振可行有效,吸振參數連續可調。

Aiming at the limitation of the constant dynamic parameters for classical mass-spring vibration absorbers, a new cantilever-beam type absorber composed of a continuous beam and a bulk mass was designed. The vibration isolation system model with the beam-type absorber was established. The absorption frequency of the mass at different positions of the cantilever beam was calculated. Based on the ADAMS software, the frequency response characteristics of the system were obtained. The results show that the cantilever-beam absorber has a good vibration absorption effect, and the dynamic vibration absorbers with continuously adjustable parameters can be realized.
