为优化SWRH82B系列产品结构，满足市场需求，天钢依托自身装备及技术优势，针对矿山锚固钢绞线用盘条大规格、高强度、高韧塑性、易拉拔的技术要求，通过化学成分设计，冶炼、加热、轧制、控冷工艺方案的制定，开发出规格为Ф14.0 mm，抗拉强度达到1220 MPa以上，牌号为SWRH82B-4的矿山锚固钢绞线用盘条。已累计生产该盘条4.6万t，其化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、表面质量、拉拔性能等指标均达到客户需求。

In order to optimize the structure of SWRH82B series products and fulfill market demand, Tiangang, relying on its own advantages of equipment and technology, catering to technical requirements on wire rod for big size, high strength, high plasticity and toughness and easy drawing, developed SWRH82B-4 wire rod used for mining anchoring steel strand sized in Ф14.0 mm with tensile strength more than 1 220 MPa through designing chemical composition and formulating melting, heating, rolling and controlled cooling process plans. This kind of wire rod produced totaled 46 000 tons and its indices of chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, surface quality, and drawing performance all met customer demand.
