我国全日制教育硕士的设立和发展在一定程度上解决了应届毕业生的就业问题,但是还存在诸多问题。本研究以A大学为个案,采用问卷法及访谈法等研究方法调查2010级、2011级150名全日制教育硕士的专业认同度。调查发现:在专业整体认识方面,普通本科院校与高职高专院校毕业生在专业认识层面存在显著差异;在未来就业方面,男女生在就业设想方面存在差异,不同院校毕业生也有差异;在课程设置及内容方面,男女生、不同年级硕士与不同院校毕业生对于课程内容的认同差强人意。对样本的T检验发现,全日制教育硕士专业认同各维度显著相关(P<0.01),即师资、课程设置、学生能力等都显著正相关。基于研究结论,应从政府、学校、教师及学生等层面形成合力,以改变专业认同度不高的现实问题。

Though the establishment of full-time education master has solved the employment problem at some de-gree,there are still many problems.this study takes a comprehensive university A as a case,investigates the profes-sional identity of Grade 2010 and 2011 of full-time education master by the research methods such as question-naire and interview survey, etc.The survey found that:Regarding to the overall understanding of this profession, there is a significant difference between the students graduated from the compulsory undergraduate colleges and vo-cational colleges;In terms of future employment,there is a difference of job-planning between male and female students,as well as the students graduated from different colleges and universities;Regarding to the identification of curriculum and teaching content,this is basic acceptable difference among the students of different gender and grad-uated from different universities;By the paired samples T test,the paper found that the professional identity of full-time education master is significantly associated with each dimension(P <0.01),that is to say,there is a signifi-cant and positive correlation in teachers,curriculums and student ability.Based on the above conclusion,we should solve the realistic problems of professional identity by the joint efforts of governments, schools, teachers and students.
