涉农专业具有实用性、独特性等特点，其整体就业率一直稳定保持在较高水平，但存在就业岗位层次偏低等问题。问卷调查和数理统计分析发现，涉农专业大学生在就业心态、就业指导教育、求职技能等方面存在问题。针对这些问题，提出了以提升学生核心竞争力为核心、优化专业设置和细化培养方向为基础、完善科学就业理论和实践指导为手段、培养学生良好就业心态为保证、加强就业创业平台建设为抓手的就业竞争力培养模式。

섭농전업구유실용성、독특성등특점，기정체취업솔일직은정보지재교고수평，단존재취업강위층차편저등문제。문권조사화수리통계분석발현，섭농전업대학생재취업심태、취업지도교육、구직기능등방면존재문제。침대저사문제，제출료이제승학생핵심경쟁력위핵심、우화전업설치화세화배양방향위기출、완선과학취업이론화실천지도위수단、배양학생량호취업심태위보증、가강취업창업평태건설위조수적취업경쟁력배양모식。
The agricultural specialties in the system of higher education has its characteristics of practicality,unique-ness,whose overall employment rate has been stable at a high level,but with some problems such as low-level jobs and so on.Through the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics analysis, found that agricultural college students in employment mentality, employment guidance education problems, job skills, etc.The paper researches centering with these probles,and puts forward a training mode of employment competitiveness which taking student’ s core competitiveness promotion as the core,specialties setting optimization and training direction segmentation as the base,employment theories perfection and practice guidance as the methods,good employment attitude as a guar-antee,and employment and entrepreneurship platform enhancement as the tool.
