用静电纺丝法制备了改性壳聚糖/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的混合纤维。通过红外法分析了混合纤维的结构;采用扫描电镜考察了改性壳聚糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量对纤维形貌和直径分布的影响。当改性壳聚糖溶液在20-50%范围内,溶液可纺性强,纤维均匀;当纺丝电压在14-20kV时,纺丝纤维的平均直径随着电压的增大变细。

Ultrafine fibers of D-chitosan/ Polyvinylpyrrolidone (D-chitosan/PVP) were prepared via electrospinning technology. The ultrafine fibers of D-chitosan/PVP were characterized by FT-IR. Furthermore, the effects of the solution concentration of PVP and the electrospinning voltage on the morphology of ultrafine fibers were investigated by SEM. The results showed that the concentration of PVP and electrospinning voltage had effect on the fiber morphology. When the solution concentration of PVA was at the range of 20-50%, it could be electrospun to obtain ultrafine fibers. The diameter distributions of ultrafine fibers decreased when the voltage increased from 14 to 20kV.
