目的：探讨原发性肝癌（PLC ）肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）术后并发症。方法：总结我院6年间 PLC 536例 TACE 术后并发症类型、发生机率、发生原因、处置经验。结果：83．4％患者出现不同程度并发症，前3位是栓塞综合征、药物反应、肝功能损害，发生率分别是98．7％、97．5％、84．3％。发生原因与抗肿瘤药物、栓塞剂、造影剂、过渡栓塞、异位栓塞、操作技术、个体状况有关，处置方法因症状不同而异。结论：TACE 术后并发症临床表现多样化，与多种因素密切相关联，掌握其发生规律并采取有效措施，防治结合，可降低发生机率，减少医疗风险，提高生存质量。
목적：탐토원발성간암（PLC ）간동맥전새화료（TACE）술후병발증。방법：총결아원6년간 PLC 536례 TACE 술후병발증류형、발생궤솔、발생원인、처치경험。결과：83．4％환자출현불동정도병발증，전3위시전새종합정、약물반응、간공능손해，발생솔분별시98．7％、97．5％、84．3％。발생원인여항종류약물、전새제、조영제、과도전새、이위전새、조작기술、개체상황유관，처치방법인증상불동이이。결론：TACE 술후병발증림상표현다양화，여다충인소밀절상관련，장악기발생규률병채취유효조시，방치결합，가강저발생궤솔，감소의료풍험，제고생존질량。
Objective:Discussing the complications of primary liver carcinoma(PLC)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:Summarize 536 cases of primary liver cancer postoperative complications of TACE during six years in our hospital,analyze the incidence,causes,management experience.Results:83.4% of pa-tients with varying degrees of compicatiaons,including post -embolization syndrome,which was the first place,leading at 98.7%;followed by drug reactions,up to 97.5%,liver function damage as high as 84.3%.The reasons of the oc-currence related to anti tumor drug,embolic agent,contrast agent,transition,ectopic embolism,embolism operation technology,individual situation.Conclusion:Complications of TACE are the clinical manifestations of diversity,and a variety of factors are closely related.Grasp the occurrence rule of complications of TACE and preventive and treatment with complications of TACE are helpful to reduce the probability of occurence and reduce medical risks,improve qual-ity of life.
