智能变电站调试是智能变电站建设的重要内容，与传统变电站相比，智能变电站调试技术更复杂、更抽象。三层两网结构中的过程层是智能变电站二次系统中最基础的部分，其调试效率也对二次系统的整体调试效率有着决定性作用。从过程层二次设备自身功能特点入手，分别对一次设备在线监测系统、智能终端、互感器与合并单元系统的调试步骤和调试要点进行分析总结，并对当前智能变电站过程层二次设备调试存在的突出问题提出了改进建议。

The debugging is an important part of smart substation construction, Compared with the traditional substation, the secondary system of the smart substation debugging technology is more complex, more abstract. The process layer of the network structure is the basic part then the debugging efficiency of it has a decisive role on the secondary system debugging. This paper obtains from the process layer functions with the device itself, respectively analyzed the debugging steps and debugging points of the on-line monitoring system、smart terminal and the transformer merging unit system then it put forward the improvement suggestions.
