结合相关施工规范要求和复合墙板的构造特点,对墙板吊装方式、吊装施工进行研究,并通过工程算例校核复合墙板吊装的安全性。结果表明,密肋复合墙板、女儿墙、叠合板在脱模起吊、运输起吊时宜采用四点平吊,安装起吊时宜采用两点直吊;吊点宜对称布置在肋梁与肋柱交汇处。
結閤相關施工規範要求和複閤牆闆的構造特點,對牆闆弔裝方式、弔裝施工進行研究,併通過工程算例校覈複閤牆闆弔裝的安全性。結果錶明,密肋複閤牆闆、女兒牆、疊閤闆在脫模起弔、運輸起弔時宜採用四點平弔,安裝起弔時宜採用兩點直弔;弔點宜對稱佈置在肋樑與肋柱交彙處。

Combination with related construction specifications and structure features of composite wall, the wallboard lifting method, checking computation of lifting construction are studied and the safety of the composite wallboard hoisting for engineering calculation is passed. The results show that multi-ribbed composite wall, parapet and laminated board are used a four-point level lifting in stripping lifting and transportation lifting, while the multi-ribbed composite wall, parapet and laminated board are used two straight in installing lifting cranes;lifting points should be arranged symmetrically in the ribs and rib beams column interchange.
