为了研究混杂纤维增强水泥基复合材料(HyFRCC)的力学性能,在纤维总体积率为0~2.5%的范围内,开展了SE- PVA和SE- PP两种HyFRCC的对比试验。结果表明,在保持SE纤维为1.0%的条件下,SE- PVA材料的抗压强度随PVA纤维体积率的提升而降低,抗折强度则呈上升趋势,而SE- PP材料的抗压强度、抗折强度均随PP纤维体积率的提升呈抛物线趋势;SE纤维对HyFRCC抗压强度与抗折强度的提升起主导作用。

In order to investigate the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced cement based composite materi-al (HyFRCC), the comparison test of two kinds of HyFRCC with the steel fiber-polypropylene fiber and steel fiber-polyvinyl alcohol fiber are carried out at the 0~2.5% fiber volume fraction. The results show that under the 1% SE fiber volume fraction, the compressive strength of the SE-PVA material decreased with the PVA fiber volume fraction in ascen-sion, meanwhile, bending strength is increased with the increasing PVA fiber volume fraction, however, the compressive strength and the bending strength of SE-PP material are manifested as a parabola distribution with the increasing PP fiber volume fraction; the steel fiber plays a leading role on the compressive strength and bending strength of hybrid fiber rein-forced cement based composite material.
